AMA Motocross: Davi Millsaps goes Top 5 at High Point

Davi rode amazingly in the first moto at High Point, charging from 8th to grab 3rd in Round 3 of the AMA Nationals. After a big storm drenched the track right before the start of the second moto, the race turned into a battle for survival. Davi unfortunately went down hard after fighting for a podium finish for the majority of the race. he managed to get back on his bike and rode hard to a 9th place finish, giving him 5th overall.

AGV Dainese’s Sammy Halbert does it again at Daytona

Costa Mesa, CA – March 15^th, 2011

Always know for charging and never giving up, Slammin’ Sammy goes for a double-header at Daytona Short Track for the 2011 season opener.

It is in dominant fashion, even winning with a 5 seconds lead on the second night, that et Halbert and his Woody Kyle Racing/Fredericktown Yamaha took victory on both nights at the AMA Pro Grand National singles championship.  Sporting his new AGV AX-8 Kaleidoscope, Sammy looked comfortable all weekend, confirming the speed he displayed last year on this track.

When the series return to the track at round 3 in Du Quoin, Illinois, on April 16^th, the AGV Dainese rider will try to confirm his lead in the series and position himself as a contender for the 2011 title.

Another Top 5 for AGV's Millsaps at San Diego Supercross

After Houston, Davi Millsaps scores another Top 5 finish, this time at San Diego Supercross, in difficult, muddy and raining conditions, the same place where Davi scored his last SX win in 2010.

DM18 is now 8th in the 2011 Monster Energy Supercross series point standing. Great job!

AGV Riders Scored Big at 2011 Mantova Starcross

Both AGV team riders and Monster Energy Yamaha Rinaldi Gautier Paulin in MX2 and David Philippaerts in MX1 dominated the weekend in Mantova winning all races and the overall.

AGV's Davi Millsaps gets 4th at Houston Supercross

Great race last night in Texas for Round 6 of the 2011 Monster Energy AMA Supercross series at Houston's Reliant Stadium, home of the Texans.

After a great start in the Main Event, Davi battled for a podium spot all race long, getting passed by Villopoto in the last laps despite clocking the fastest lap of the night with a 48.0
